Navarra is currently one of the most innovative regions in Europe and ranks first among the Spanish self-governing regions in terms of investment in Research, Development and Innovation (R+D+i). Its Third Technology Plan is already underway, sponsored by the Government of Navarra, with ambitious objectives for 2011 that give a stronger role to the active partners in the regional R+D+i Plan and its internationalisation.
